May happenings...

Looking back at the month of May...

Wesley has a cute obsession with lawn mowers and the like.
Tim takes every opportunity to bond with him by sending him Maco Polos whenever Tim is running the lawn mower or to get the lawn mower out whenever Wesley is over for a visit.

May and Lincoln love to draw when they come over...

And swing on the swing downstairs...

I always said we should keep the play area downstairs because we will always have children around and man, they are sure putting it to good use ! ;)

Painting nails...

Nap time...

More notes found inside the Young adult books while weeding the collection at the library...

so very interesting...

We got lots of tulips this year, but I need to thin them out...

Found this great weekly checklist...

Did I mention that we found the missing piece to the puzzle and then I applied a layer of puzzle glue to the top.
I need to get some more and put on a few more layers of glue...

Brian, Chloe and Wesley come over just about every Sunday for dinner

Luke has been doing some fabulous art projects at school

More notes found in the YA collection...

Luke and I went with Amy and the girl she cares for, on a hike to Battlecreek Falls.
The weather was perfect!

Luke did great!

My dear friend Nori sent me this awesome reminder...

Nori is having a rough bought in the hospital.  I pray for her and her family ever day...

Leland is coming over more now that he got a new van to work on.
We get to enjoy beautiful piano and guitar music...

Brian applied for a new job in Dallas.  We find out soon if they are moving or not...

Just a few more weeks until our 4th grandchild is born.  Can't wait!!!

Kelsee's mom, Lucinda passed away from her battle with cancer and I went to the funeral and the luncheon.  Rick went to the funeral...

These cute kids sure miss their Nana...

A lot of people came to the funeral and it was a lovely service...

More notes in the YA collection...

We went to Cindy and Dave's for dinner one Sunday afternoon...

The kids had a great time...

Flowers from Tim for our 30th year wedding anniversary

Eric ordained Jaxon to the office of Priest and then Jaxon ordained Josh to the office of Teacher...

We brought back a few goodies for the kids from Florida...

The kids decided that they needed to check the heights of their new stuffed animals...

Wesley is growing like a weed and is saying more words now.

Saying goodbye...

The tradition of racing with the car to say goodbye...

There they go!

The flowers are beautiful, but we are entering into a drought here in Utah...

We are praying for rain!!!

Eric moved into a new place that has a very cool playground right outside his front door.

The kids love it!

It is brand new and has lots of square footage, a blessing indeed!

We had a birthday party for David and watched a slide show of his life and played some cool games...

Luke was asking for a road trip, so we got a room at the Holiday Inn up the road and had a fun weekend, kind of away.  They have a wonderful breakfast, workout room and pool there, so it becoming a fun treat when we need to do something different, but can't go too far...

Luke sure loves it!

Tim and I played Scrabble at the hotel...

Luke loves red clothing, so tim took him to get a bunch of red t-shirts...

And out for drives to the temple...

We love visits from Wesley and his parents...

The roses bloomed in all their glory this year.
These in the corner are the prettiest, and the red ones smell the most fragrant!

Amy and her friens, Rosie went to a 1980's prom.  They found these fabulous dresses at the DI.

Wesley also has a penchant for spatulas

Here are some more pictures from our trip to Florida...

Fun rides and fabulous food!

The Japanese department store...

So fun!

Absolutely breathtaking boardwalk...

Freeze dried ice cream sandwiches from the Kennedy Space Center.  The astronauts have it pretty good!

Making chocolate chip cookies on Sunday with the grandkids

Wesley loves the outdoors

Luke made lemon playdough

We went to the Baker's house for a lovely BBQ and enjoyed catching up with them...

Wesley was so proud to show us his own lawn mower and his favorite things.
