In the good ole summertime!
Tim finished up his work with the College Board and now guess what...
He doesn't have any student trips, etc. scheduled so he gets to do whatever he wants (almost!) and anyway, he has been taking Luke swimming to get some exercise and to just enjoy summer break!
Luke had summer school until about the middle of July and then he was free too!
Brian had a job interview which he got close (they asked him back for the final round) but ultimately he ended up not getting the job. We were secretly glad about that because if it would have worked out, then they would have had to move.
His current job gave him 4 months of paid paternity leave which was AWESOME!!!
We took Luke on a beautiful hike up in American Fork Canyon. It was so pretty! We saw some deer.
Utah is experiencing a drought this year and they've asked us to limit lawn watering to twice a week.
We were looking for some horse pictures and found these gems.
M is 6 now and her mom had a surprise birthday for her at the park.

Meanwhile Leland continued to work on his bus and Tim decided to spend a significant amount of time helping him. It's looking amazing so far...

We are sure blessed beyond measure!
After 15 months or so, we were finally able to attend the temple again!
One Family Home evening night, we decided to go out to Los Hermonos for dinner. It was fun creating a playlist for our Oklahoma trip while we drove there and back and so relaxing to get some much needed visiting time in while we were there. Luke did great too which was a bonus!
Luke loves his summer school time this year. He comes home with the neatest projects!
Here he made some jewelry with his favorite word, "YAKISOBA!"

Brian and W came over too a few times to help Leland with the bus...
Tim took Luke to get a shaved ice and as they were trying to open the car door, one fell. Fortunately someone saw the whole think and they somehow knew Luke. "We'll get you another one!" they said. Before Tim knew it, the shaved ice was replaced and they were able to get the car cleaned up at the car wash.
People are so nice!!!
Our neighbors are completely remodeling their house and are adding three floors to the back!
We love it when W and B can come over!
W has a lawn mower obsession...
He likes everything having to do with lawn mowers...
We hope it will stick when he is a teenager!
We got out the kiddie pools and had fun in the back yard...
The boys are also experimenting with some fun games for the family reunion...
