Lexi Beth is born!!!

On Sunday, September 21st, at 9:49 pm Lexi Beth came into the world.  She weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and was 18 1/2 inches long.  Eric and Mindy had her at a beautiful birthing center home located in Eagle Mountain, UT. I drove to the birth center home right after she was born and walked in to see the most adorable bay girl straight from heaven.  The spirit in the room was so strong, my eyes filled with tears.  The umbilical cord was still attached and the midwife showed me the placenta and how it looked like the tree of life.  It really does! It was amazing and I'm still in awe.  The midwife asked where her eyes came from.  She said they look Polish and I said it was Prussia from the Moritzky side of the family.  She has tons of dark hair and looks so familiar.  I love her very much already. Jaxon, Josh, Luci Jo and Jett were so excited to meet their new baby sister on Monday morning.  She is adorable!

We've had Mindy & Eric's kids here quite a bit this week as she recovers.  The weather on Thursday was so nice.  I took the kids to the park and enjoyed all the sunshine.

Amy and I went to a humanitarian activity at the church called "Days for Girls."  We made hygiene kits to send to Africa and other third world countries.

We cleaned the church and then I had training at work on Saturday from 9-1:00 pm.

Amy, Brielle, and I went to General Women's conference.  It was all about finding joy in the gospel

We went to Parent/Teacher Conference for Luke.  He is doing great and in fact has straight A's.  Actually his teacher warned us that that happens with his special needs kids.  They get through Jr. high with a 4.0 GPA!
