It sure has been the BEST having grandkids around this summer. We are soaking it up...
The roses came up about the first week in June and they are so pretty!
We had a little FHE on using nice words and putting bad words in the garbage can.
The kids got to choose which words to keep and which to discard.
They amaze us in every way!
We took Luke on the Granite Flat Connector hike and realized that he needed some much better hiking shoes!
But it was really beautiful! It ends up going along a pretty little stream for a bit.
Timp is stunning right now!
So the next day, LaNae took Luke to a specialty shoe store in Provo and they fitted him for some nice hiking shoes. It does make a difference in his willingness to walk!

On Monday, Tim and LaNae started a weight loss program called Noom. It uses psychology tips to help you loose weight. They also have coaches to help you along. It's been a week and so far we like it a lot!

We love driving into the garage and seeing everything arranged so neatly.
We've been having fun at the local park. We met a family from Iraq there.
They just moved permanently to the USA because of ISIS.
It was neat to get to know them.
