Trip to St. George for MLK day, Luke turns 18, Has a procedure done at Utah Valley hospital to remove a foreign object from ears, watching the choate kids for the weekend...

This little guy just started eating some solid foods!

Luke had a birthday and since he doesn't care for cake, he had a bagel cake this year!

So many fun cards and birthday wishes!

may and Lincoln joined us for a Monday evening...

Growing fast!

We took Luke to the doctor several times and after being on antibiotics for an ear infection, and then ear drops for swimmer's ear, we finally took him to an Ear, Nose, throat specialist and found out that he had some of that silicone ear plug stuff stuck in both ears.  No telling how long it has been in there, but the doctor said it was certainly bothersome and causing him pain.  So, on LaNae's birthday ;) we had it removed.  Everything went well, and Luke seemed happy to have his ears clear again.

LaNae's brother Eric called and asked if we could watch his kids over the weekend while he and Mindy took a trip to San Francisco. Jett was a bit sick, so he stayed home, but we took the others to church.

A few fun pictures of our overnight trip to St. George...

They are remodeling the St. George Temple...

SNOW Canyon...

Luke got a new suit for his birthday present

He is so good at putting his clothes away!

Waterford had a big celebration for chinese New year.  They made hundreds of gyoza...

While we were in St. George, we visited Aunt Shirley and Aunt Glenda and also visited with cousin, Kathy Von Trapp...

Snow canyon is a great place for Luke because you can't bring dogs on the hikes
(He is beyond petrified of dogs)

May and Lincoln are learning to use scissors...
