Fall gorgeousness, Luke's swim meet, Dance Festival, Baby Showers...

We took a drive to Buffalo Peak (near Squaw Peak) and right before you reach the peak, you come to a dirt road.  It was a bit rugged for our vehicle, so we decided to go on the Alpine Loop instead.  Believe me, there was plenty of fall beauty to behold all around.  Luke and I also went on a couple of walks to Highland Glen and it was incredibly gorgeous!

Luke had his final swim competition and they invited the high school swimmers to swim with the adaptive swimmers.  I asked Luke, "Do you want to swim with a boy, or a girl?" "GIRL," he said, so we asked a girl to swim with him and Luke swam faster than he has the whole season.  He won two first place ribbons and one second place ribbon!
Way to go Luke!!!

We attended two baby showers on Saturday, one was for a dear friend from our Japan days.  It was fantastic to see so many there and was fun to catch up with them.  The other was for our niece/cousin, Megan

Luke was in a dance festival at mutual.  He did a great job dancing to "Thriller"-perfect for the Halloween season!

LaNae helped out at the "Fright Night," at the library and Luke took several walks on the Murdock Trail.
