Thanksgiving Point Country Farm, Amy's hair, Grand kids visit, Brian and Chloe are home!,
Asa Ramen, Highland Fling Grand fireworks...

It is Two Buck Tuesday every Tuesday in August at Thanksgiving Point, so I took Luke to the Farm Country.  He is paranoid of animals and was scared at first, but eased in to seeing all the pigs, turkeys, horses, cows, goats, sheep, rabbits, chickens, and even enjoyed the hayride at the end.

It was a pretty long hayride!

We watched May and Lincoln while Rick and Kelsee went to see Spiderman

Lincoln was calm for the first little while, but then realized that he missed his parents and started crying towards the end.  May used to do the same thing when she was his age and now she is used to us.
They are both adorable as can be!

Grandpa Tim had fun dancing with them

May really has the moves!

Tim took his Japanese class to a yummy Ramen Shop in Orem and Luke and I tagged along.
The Raman there is truly amazing-so athentic and yummy!

Brian and Chloe got back from their amazing adventure in Japan.  I will have to post pictures soon.
It was so fun to relive our time there through them.

They will be staying with us for a few weeks until BYU starts up again in September.  Tim says the front of out house looks like the Italian flag.
They are currently on some pretty hefty jet-lag!

This year the school is doing pictures before school starts to keep from wasting class time and Amy wanted to get her hair done.  She found a new hairdresser and showed her this picture of what she wanted.  It turned out to be a bit more blond than she was expecting, which drove her to tears.

But I think she is getting used to it now.  It is cute!
Tim asked Luke to go floss his teeth and when he came in to check, this is what he got-ha!

Saturday night was the Highland Fling Grand Fireworks show.  We ran into our nephew Conner and his friend, and they joined us for the festivities.  Conner is a terrific young man, sure do love that kid! The show did not disappoint in the least!
Huge, fantastic fireworks displays going off one after another.  Luke loved it!

Brian was kind enough to help me put up hooks in the front room and master bathroom.
I am pleased with how they turned out!
