May happenings: New grandbaby! Waterford Spring Formal, Tulip Festival, Trip to Kanarra Falls for our anniversary, Memorial Day at Wendy & Allen's...

Leland headed to Lenexa,Kansas for work.
We met at Kneaders for a farewell breakfast!
We went to the Thanksgiving Point tulip Festival.
It was beautiful!
For our anniversary, Tim and I took a trip to Cedar City where we stayed Friday night in a hotel.
Early the next morning, we headed over to Kanarraville and went for a fun hike up to Kanarra Falls...
It was breathtaking!
Utah was blessed with so much moisture this year and the rivers and creeks were especially high...
They had closed the hiking area down because the water was so sift, but fortunately, the opened it back up the day before we went on our hike. We signed papers saying we would be hiking at our own risk...
We are sure glad we went!
There was beauty around every corner!
We especially loved the red rock and the rivers were so pretty!
Luke did so well on the hike. He loves cold water and kept going for an hour and a half!
We will be doing this hike again, it was so fun!!!
At the end of the hike, we were on a hill that overlooked the whole valley.
On the way home, we stopped at Golden Corral for an all-you-can-eat lunch.
The next day, Eric was ordained a high priest by Jimmy.
We had a nice visit with Jim and angie while they were here.
I started watching the boys on Mondays to get ready for the new baby.
We went to the park several times.
We made play dough!
Cute!
Wendy and Allen invited us over for Memorial Day.
It was great getting to visit with all the siblings!
This little guy graduated from kindergarten!
Luke was in a Talent Show at SNAP.
He sang, Praise to the Man.
For Mother's Day this year, I got so many lovely things!
We watched videos of interviews with our mothers and grandmothers...
We went to a couple of wedding receptions in May
Amy moved in with Mindy for a bit
The boys and I had a Mac and Cheese picnic outside.
The weather was lovely!
Tim and I chaperoned at the Waterford Spring Formal
It was held at the Aquarium in Draper
We ate dinner by a shark aquarium-amazing!
Brian helped us put in the garden which is doing better than ever this year with all the rain!
