Last day of school...
The roses are out, the flowers are blooming everywhere and it is the last of school...
Also Elder T. Stout was transferred to the Ushiku area
Here are a few pictures of him right before he left...
This is President Nagano, the Mission President. He is fantastic!
Saying good-bye...
Glad to see they shared the joy of watermelon Popsicles before Todd left--so nostalgic!
Closing a fun chapter...
And opening a new chapter in Ushiku!
Fun fact: Grandpa Stout rented a house in Todd's new area while we lived in Isesaki-shi, just before Todd was born (about 21-22 years ago). We enjoyed visiting him regularly, eating cold green noodles and catching up with family. Grandma Stout, Heidi, David and Great-grandma Shaffer lived here off and on as well. Great memories of this place!
Rick is about 3 years old and Brian is about 6 or 7 months...

Daniel Heiner and his wife, Martha Ann Stevens Heiner
Parents of Mary Elizabeth Heiner who married Thomas Vernard Thomas and they were the parents of Grandma Dale Thomas Stout who married Wendall Stout and they were the parents of Robert Thomas Stout who are Tim's parents!
In the mean time, Brian finished his second week at his internship and
Chloe was called to help out with girl's camp in Japan!
For Family Home Evening, we went on a fabulous hike to Battlecreek Falls in Pleasant Grove...
And after the hike, Amy suggested that we stop at Sodalicious for a treat...
Amy took Luke and they attended graduation ceremonies for Sophie
Luke got a nice haircut and he is now officially taller that Amy!
We went on several 5 mile hikes this week
From Mitchell Hollow Park, around Highland Glen Lake and back is 5 miles! And it is so pretty!
Wendy and Allen hosted a fun birthday party for David. This is their pet named "Quilliam" and it was the first outing for our grand niece, Evelyn. She is adorable!
